Jennifer Agostini is a certified yoga instructor based in Brooklyn, New York, and the founder of Keeping It Cozy Yoga. She offers private, in-home yoga sessions designed to help children of all ages improve flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, and overall well-being in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Keeping It Cozy Yoga was founded with one simple mission: to bring the benefits of yoga directly into the comfort of each client's home—where many people feel most relaxed, confident, and able to thrive.

There is no stressful travel, crowded studio, or overwhelming environment. Instead, every private session is thoughtfully tailored to each client's age, goals, experience level, comfort, and abilities. Through gentle movement, beginner-friendly yoga poses, stretching, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness practices, Jen creates a positive and encouraging experience for every participant.

Keeping It Cozy Yoga is dedicated to providing a warm, compassionate, and personalized approach where every client feels welcomed, supported, and empowered throughout their yoga journey.
